Our base rate includes the following services:
- Three Home Cooked Meals Daily and Two Snacks
- 24-hour staff available
- Activities planned around your interests
- Monitored Emergency Intercom System
- Weekly Housekeeping and Laundry
- Rent and Utilities (excluding phone and cable)
- Transportation Coordination
- Routine Maintenance
- Self Administered Medications
Additional services are available to meet special needs and complex health conditions. Silver Linings offers customized levels of service at a cost determined by the level of service needed. Each resident’s service level is reviewed annually or upon a change in the resident’s needs and preferences. Please inquire about how service levels are determined and other services that are available for an additional fee.
